Electrical Installation

man fixing electric socket
We cover every aspect of electrical work from emergency call outs right back through a building's electrical history to the point of initial installation – often during the construction stage itself. In fact it's precisely because we are there from the very beginning that we have such in depth understanding of the local wiring systems and ways in which they can be improved or upgraded in new builds to ensure higher performance to meet the electrical demands of today's systems and appliances. The demand we make on new electrical systems is not the same as it was twenty years ago and so the electrical installation process must adapt with it. It's our job to take care of that.

First Stage – Construction
We are often called in at what's considered the first stage of electrical installation when the fasteners or inserts are put in place during the construction stage of a new home or commercial building. Those fasteners allow for the securing of electrical equipment and the spaces required for wiring including the installation of conduits in the floors and walls that allow for the run of wiring and the location of sockets around living and working spaces.

Second Stage – Installation
The second stage is the installation of the wiring including electrical points into the structure of the building.  It's here that we install the relays, the board lacing, the wires and cables and in many cases the electrical equipment which also means ensuring that relay protection and automatic safety features are built into the system and ready to function. That includes all your circuit boards and the circuit breaker boards that help protect both the system and the people using the building.

Installations in Completed Buildings
Because homes and work spaces are always being adapted to new purposes including extensions, converting garages into offices, and a million other examples of re-purposing there is always demand for qualified and experienced electricians to come and work on extending an existing electrical system. Precisely because we work at the first and second stages of construction electrical installation we are also the right specialists to extend or adapt an existing electrical system so that a new installation is professionally connected to the existing wiring infrastructure in such a way as to guarantee to safety of the circuits and devices that are intended to avoid overload, fire, or short circuits.
